In your opinion, describe the protections that should be standard for employees in the workplace.

Protections that have to be standard in the workplace have to be in using their right which come under the law. If an employee is filing a complaint regarding any health issue or safety issues, they have the right to file a complaint. In doing so, if the employer, in any way, tries to demote the employee, or fire him or transfer him to any other place, the employees have the right to file a whistleblower complaint within a duration of 30 days of the retaliation.

Also, there is the right to privacy that has to be maintained in the society. The right to privacy if the employee is where they have a protection against checking of any personal messages or conversations. Though, the CO,oaky can monitor any conversation that has been done using the company email. If the Company wishes to monitor any of the telephone calls, the employee has to be preinformed,
