Rationale

Background of the study is to clarify the imprtance and necessity of writing skills in medical field. The study is to point the importance of writing skills and address the problems with improper writing skills. Writing in a illegible manner and poor prescribing and documenting and unable to convey the clinical and scientific concepts to patients leads to bad practices, all these incidents lead to basis of this study

-Intended audience for my essay are physicians, nurses, pharmacists, case managers, nursing aides, nursing home administrators.The audience affected pre-writing consideration by giving examples of errors of writing skills, lack of knowledge on writing skills and how it affects patient health care, how can it be corrected and how to maintain standards of healthcare.
