Since a critical incident can be described as an incidence that makes a contribution either positively or negatively to an activity or phenomenon. A critical incidence that impacted my life very badly is my divorce. Due to my divorce, I did not peruse my career as a biotechnologist. The theory that can be applied in this situation is the Bandura the social cognitive theory (SCT), according to which; the human behavior is explained in terms of a three-way, dynamic, reciprocal model in which there is a continuous interaction between; the personal factors, environmental influences, and behavior. Thus based on this theory due to my personal factors my behavior towards my career changed.
