CLINICALPRACTICE DESCRIPTION

Ms.Kay who had admitted with the complaints of fracture radius,had undergone ORIF (Open Reduction Internal Fixation).once she came out of sedation,she was administerd inj. diclophenac sodium mg 1mg /100 ml Ns after test dose.soon after the administration the patient developed rashes on skin,tachypneoa,swelling all over the body.

All anaphylactic shock symptoms were managed at the patient side itself followed by icu shifting.
