Theory of constraints systematically focus effort ,energy and attention on the system constraints. this theory is usually applied to running and improving an organization. theory of constraint consist of problem solving and management decision making tools called the thinking process. it can help the manager to decide 1. what to change, To what to change, how to cause the change. It assist the business in achiving their goal by providing a mechanism to gain better control over their initatives. In project managemnt critical chain project management are utilized in this area. it is based on the idea that all project look like a plant , all activities coverage to a final deliverable.to protect the project there must be internal buffers to protect synchronization points and final project buffer to protect the overall project.
