Educational cultures varies widely amongst the cultures and from country to country. It generally depends on the education system in which the adolesecent is into. In the modern countries educational system is segregated as per the merits and this system starts after 3 to 4 years of starting the education. In the countries like India or other developing economies no such student tracking system is there so all the students with more merits or less merits study together till they reach at the age of 18 . After thn also , sometimes in the college level this system applies but from that time the student with merits started showing the results and chooses his or her career fields and students with less merits drop their studies and search for jobs or get themselves frustated. In comparison to both the study system the systemin developed countries are much more appreciable as the students with medium merits or less merits will never feel depressed or frustated because he has his own world in which he has to work for after his studies and never have to compete with the meritorious students. From the different angle of view also , educational system in the developed countries are much more practical oriented to get ready their students for the practical world and thus the educational system is muchmore open in case of subject selections. In trhe developing countries traditional system is till now exists that he has to read a subject upto 15 years of age atleast wheather or not he is capable or not to read the subject. Those countries educationists beleives that the students mandatorily have to complete the course of education to be educated in the society or else he will be counted as uneducated in the society. These system needs to be developed and lot of researches are required to make it full proof.
