Although it is commonly believed that the volume, diversity, geographical scope, and overall complexity of international migration have increased as part of globalization processes, in the history, the culture spread all over world. Migration of the people cause spread of culture around the globe .

I personally think that it is better to come the different parts of world as it cause cultural pooling and reduce cultural storm. It improves the workforce of America .

Although it is the best thing to bring different cultures to the US, the dark side of it couldn't be denied. This trend cause lack of cultural diversity. Hence it makes the place a rough one to live.
