(a). Organizational politics are unofficial organized behaviour to persue one's own agenda and self-interest in an organization, without caring about what effects this behavior will create on the efforts of the organization to achieve it's collective goal.

(b). Eliminating organizational politics will be too ambitious, but it can surely be minimized with suitable efforts. Four ways to manage organizational politics are, (i). Doing an examination or survey to check the work environment. Observing the employees, knowing who all are involved in the organizational politics can help take proper measures against it to minimize it. (ii). Intervention when needed can help minimizing organizational politics. Calling a meeting, listing to the employees, when a particular person is found to be the source of friction, individually talking to him can help. (iii). Avoiding favoritism can make a significant difference in minimizing organizational politics. Special attention to some employees can cause jelousy among other workers which can result in organizational politics. (iv). The manager of the workers can present himself as a good role model by providing bias less work environment so that works can look up to him.

(c). Political sharks are people who are very good at doing self benefitting politics, and don't care about the negative effects their self benefitting politics can have on others. They are brutally selfish, experts at manupulating. They can do frauds with the organization to achieve their own selfish goals.
