1)What measure can be undertaken to assist countries,societies or even communities that maybe facing such barriers to breaking out of the poverty(whether informational or economic) cycle?

2)Consider if we were to successfully mimic human behavior using algorithms-wehich may not be too far off.What then would be distinguishing features seperating"artificial intelligence" from "human intelligence"? or man from machine?

Many countries are trapped in the cycle of poverty and find it difficult to escape this trap of poverty. One of the development theories that can help these economies to break the viscous cycle of poverty is Big Push theory. This theory states that large amount in investment in the country by the government can help in improving the overall cycle of poverty in the country. Government can take debt to take this investment which should be mainly capital expenditure and in the long run improvement in the overall economic growth will help the government to pay the debt back and also reap benefits from the expenditure. Even the developed nations can also transfer their technology to developing nations which will help these nations in improving their economic performance and break the viscous cycle of poverty they are trapped in.
