6-3). Influencing tactics are the logical and rational ways of influencing, motivating, inspiring and maintaining integrity among the people working in an organization. There are two types of influencing tactics, soft influencing tact's and hard influencing tactics. Some of the ways used in applying these tacyita are, using pressure, exchange which is through making certain promises in return of certain behavior, similarly there are other ways. Some tactics are more useful than others because, in different situations, human respond to different tactics with different intensity. Human behavior are influenced by a lot of things and the influencing tactics mixed with other factors give different results. There are certain tactics that are considered most suitable to a certain situations, for example, rational or logical persuasion works most of the time and situation such as in business. This is a way of influencing where arguments are lead by putting facts and logics before to auppsup the argument. Explaining the positive course of the facts that supports the argument. Because human behavior is more drawn towards logical interpretation of facts and things. Another example can be inspirational tactics, in this method the desired consequences and outcomes are presented to inspire the people to do certain activities, these are mostly used by certain transformational leaders. Similarly there are other most influential tactics in other situations too.

6-15). As suggested by the name organizational change, it any type of change in an organization be it, technical change, strategy changes, procedural change, or cultural changes and the effects that are resulted by these changes. Human by nature are resistant to any kind of change, whether it is, personal or environmental. So of course there are resistance to organizational change too. But to go on with the working and progress of the organization, people have developed certain tactics to overcome the resistance to these changes. Defining and assigning certain strategy to iniroduce and implement the change helps in overcoming the change smoothly. Another approach is noticing whom the change is affecting the most and targeting them and helping them specifically with overcoming the change. Developing better communication with employees can help in better change management. Training is another way to overcome changes. Training helps brush people's adapting abilities, which makes it easier for employees of the organization to adapt to organizational change in a better way with lesser discomfort.
