It explains how the policies and laws of the legal and governmental institutions are biased, and preserves the interest of the dominant. It explains the multiple issues of marginalization that is responsible for discrimination and exploitation by the dominants. It also effectively explains how intentionally the history has been bent for the interests of the dominant. The critical theories seek an abruptive changes in favor of removing race and racism than the slow paced biased changes that promotes the interest of the dominant.
