Critical race theory is a framework in which there would be use of critical theories for examination of the culture as well as the society as a whole. These theories would be categorising power, as well as race. This started as a theory in the law schools in America, according to this theory, it has been proposed that there has been maintenance of white supremacy over a long time. Also, that law has been responsible in establishment of white supremacy. This has led to a transformation of racial power as well as law.
