why would a leader construct a personal leadership theory using the various theories to affect positive leadership?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

Leadership is trait which cannot be defined by any one standard defination. Various theories have come up over a time but no one theory applied to every leader as it is dependent upon the circumstances and the team leader is working with. One has to find his own match as per the situations and abilities. It is therefore inevitable that the leader combines positives from various theories as per his requirement and formulate his own leadership traits to affect the positive leadership and get the best out of his team.
