Literally Vipasana means special seeing , which means insite. It is when we look into something with more clarity and see its each component in a distict way so as to perceive the most fundamental reality of that thing,this primarily teaches the attachmen tand and fears finally reaches strongly founded knowledge of calmness and composure in all situtions. The fruit of vipasana is knowledge and wisdom.

Vipasana is a simple means by which one can lead a happy life by achieving peace of mind ,it is possible only when we purify our mind through self observation.It allows people to overcome al their fears as its a command of non reaction ,no matter how it pains , people need to focus on special sensationsof their body by arising anf falling,which trains them to stop reacting to circumstances of their life.
