Two of the most common and problematic communication issues that I have to deal with at workplace are:

  • Lack of clarity i.e. the precise and clear message is at times not conveyed to my team and at time to me from my team that what would be the work that I would be doing and this creates confusion because of which the tasks are not completed on time and within budget.
  • Lack of feedback: A communication cannot be complete if feedback is not being given or received from either parties and hence this is a major problem that problematic areas are not identified and because of which work cannot be done on those areas.
