I work for a company who are not using any of the methods for employee development. The methods that can be adopted which will help in training and development are:

  • On the Job training - This helps to learn by actually doing the work. It helps to understand practical difficulties and issues
  • Special projects - Under this, the trainees get to work on special assignments which help to enhance learning and also how to work in team and gel with others

Thus, On the job training will help me to get most motivated
