Let’s say your company is located in a US city into which the US Immigration Service relocates refugees and asylees, making it a very culturally-diverse workforce. You have been hired on to establish a new work team from your current employee labor pool whose members represent a variety of cultures. Using cultural resources from sources , what are the priorities—what should you do first to form this team? Think in terms of size, tasks, roles, norms, type, etc., as well as using our theories from last week to prove this team will be motivated. Be creative and choose the country of origin for your various team members.

Having a culturally diverse workforce is significant for a business to attain sustainable growth and following the norms of social responsbiility. A diverse workforce bring their respective cultures, ethos, custom and value system in an organization which can make the organization better and more scientific.To make such a cultural diverse team my priorities will be to form a well cultured team where people from diverse race and religion along with nationality will become the key members of the team and they will implement the speciality of their individual culture for doing work. I will first ,make a list of people who are in my organization and the labor pool according to their race and culture. I will study culture of each cultural groups and what are the benefit my organization will get by employing them.I will choose people from Japan who are more dedicated, China who are industrious from India who spoke impeccable english and have talent which cannot be compared. I will also choose people from Africa who can be nurtured for our organization, Western Europe who have more work ethics.
