Why do you think the Department of Homeland Security is interested in Information Security for businesses?

Information securityis a major concern for security deparment because with the introduction of technology breach of security has increased and this is helping competitors in failing that business. Any organisation is only being targeted through information and it is the is the main area to be secured and guarded. Many cases have been registered where the accused pass through many security measures and steal the information. Hence department is looking for a good solution and hence showing a lot of interest in information security .
