Communication is considered to be an integral aspect in an organization and organizations needs to be very much effective in their approach to ensure that the organizational processes are very much compatible with any change and bias that may take place within the processes of the organization. Organizations today needs to be free from bias attitude and should ensure that their actions are against such activities.

This is quite an uphill tasks because Organizations cannot monitor such details in the very ground level and therefore managers need to ensure that such details are maintained because organizations have to be competitive and cannot afford to make any mistake as the high competition will drag them behind of the competition.
