Communication is the act of conveying messages from one part to another group of people with the purpose of exchanging ideas and thoughts. When communicating ideas on messages it is important to effectively sending and receiving those ideas in order to facilitate understanding. Effective communication skills are fundamental to success in many aspects of life. Creating excellent communication helps people in developing healthy interpersonal relationships and enjoying success.

Concise and effective communication helps the students in learning easily, achieving goals and creates an overall positive experience. In general, every person want to heard, if a teacher or a parent or any other person shows interest in a child's talk then it will increase their self esteem and confidence which will increase his/her class participation in the class resulting into increased learning for the students. Thus actively listening is one of the most important element of effective and excellent communication to Foster learning in students. In addition, rewarding a student or a child for effectively communicating and transmitting ideas will further results into more advance and clear conversation.
