The basic gap in employability is that industries/companies look for experienced candidates but how can one gain experience if he/she is a fresh-men.

Lets discuss that now----

So, in order to get a job if one is s fresh-man, what you can do is try getting into hands-on courses which can give you a hands-on training. This will help in building s stronger resume leading to better chances of employability.

Try doing unconventional courses for which you can maximize your directions of fields in which to get in. Dont get limit in what you do. Keep exploring. There is always a great need of individuals who can do anything.
