I believe that Apple, Inc. is a well managed organization because if we look at the organization and it's structure we will observe that they have a proper strong hierarchy and they have always been an innovative organization and they have maintained and incorporated this in their culture as well.

The employees understand their objective because the leaders have been successful in conveying the same to them and ensuring that the organization have a competitive advantage over it's competition on the industry and that too a great extent as well. I personally believe that quality has been a major aspect and that is because the organization has succeeded in maintaining and establishing the same for the organization and all the stakeholders. Apple, Inc. has been popular because they are innovatove and provide superior quality as well and the management has to be given credit for.
