Human Resource management is quite an important and integral aspect in organizations today and it's importance cannot be overlooked form an organizational persoective as well. The human resource is generally a dedicated unit whose objective is to look after the employees and their interests and also act as a medium between the employees and the management as well. Their primary objective is to serve as employee advicates and along with that there are certain others tasks like playing the role of a startegic partner, client acquisition, etc.

They work for the betterment of organization in order to to reduce attrition level and increase cleint acquisition and formulating staratgies along with ensuring profit margin as well. They look at the aspects like payment, compensation and benefits provided to employee and also there are grievances and concersns of the employees that they try to take care of or convey the same to the management as well. The HR is there to implement the rules and regulations of and also ensure to maintain Tain and control the same onorderito be effective as well.
