Human resource management refers to process of finding right pool of labor force for given set of activity , like selecting employee , training process , development and enhancement of skills, finalising the pay structure , compensation benefits based on their abilities and talent. They are responsible for driving results from the work force , also helps in maintaining relation with unions welfare and safety at work place for an effective work enviornment.

When the labor force is convinced with role of management in their welfare and upliftment they ought to feel motivated to work better and derive results. Most often hearing their suggestion , implementing some of them makes them feel to have an individual contribution towards the growth which improves efficiency and work behavior .
