Answer #1

Ethos: Firstly I will establish myself to the group by saying experience with the company and as part of the group. I will explain the qualities which the company looking into potential candidates over the years for recruiting and its benefits on the growth of the company. Later Directly coming to Candidate B, why I'm thinking he best suits for the company and the potential qualities as I noticed and how they are beneficial for the company while doing so I will be so sensible and polite while choosing my words, so it doesn't look Opposing their decisions rather it should appear to be appealing them for consideration of B with justifications.

Pathos: I will try to convince my group with arguments sensibly appealing their emotions. As a junior in the group, I will explain what I had learned working with them, the qualities in which I had inspired by seeing them and learned from them. Later, I will completely dig out the skills and traits noticed from the candidate B, and try to co-relate the similarity of his traits with people of the group and other reputable people in the company, Further possible betterment for the organization on training him rather than A which he lacks those qualities.

Logos: Here I should be logical and to the point rather than beating around the bush as the whole group has already supporting A. Hence, logically I will weigh the situations where candidate B is stronger than A and which are essential for the organization and essential for the job. I will appeal them to consider for a rating between the candidate on a scale of 1 and 0, and I will convince them for the rating by saying results will be in favor of B.

Finally, I will comprehend to the group the reasons and arguments which he thinks B is better and request to give thought again and for consideration.
