Compensation to Regional Manager
It is a salaried position. No overtime as it is salaried role and
salary range is between $ 60,000 - $ 70,000 (HR Manager will
negotiate to fix it during the final selection) with 5% commission
of sale if monthly sales go above $ 50,000 by the 6th month of
hiring the candidate.
