Homework Answers

Answer #1

I will ask my peers, subordinate, colleagues, and mentor to gauge my work officially or un officially and provide me the feedback which should be critical in nature so that I can improve upon on my shortcomings.

Peers and colleagues can do this unofficially but my mentor and managers should do it officially as this could be the part of my annual appraisal.

I believe all will support me in improving upon my working and skills, among all of these, I trust my supervision will certainly help me in this regard.
