As I am working in project sales in electrical and switchgear products in the last 9 years and I am developed in project sales my own customer base and image with different project managers, purchase heads, key persons who involved in the purchasing process of electrical and switchgear products used in the project.
My current profile is territory project sales officers and products are electrical and switchgear and I am assuming that I am a good person in job fit because of my background, experience, working styles, interest level, way of performance, and achievements.
My job fit much impact on my job satisfaction because I am giving my maximum level, keep motivated, keen enjoying, working with spirits and efficiency, achieving my target, work in any conditions, and in this pandemic situation my productivity at maximum in my cluster.
Examples - In this COVID - 19 pandemic my target 100 % achieved in every month and I achieved my annual target till 31 March 2020.
