Cultures of christian organization- In such organisatons, their priority is religion. They support christianity. They focus on doing tasks such appointing a religious leader, setting criteria for membership, awaring members with religious laws.

The organisation chosen which is founded on secular principles is American Humanist Association. It is a non profit organization in U.S that promotes secularism.
Cultures of secular organisation- In such organisations, their main focus is promoting secularism. They emphasize on seeing humanity more importantly and god as one. They do not favor a specific religion and support all of them. They discourage violence and discrimination.
