Based on the 3 levels of care I involved in secondary care.

In the secondary role I do assist the doctors for doing the procedures and administering medications are prescribed by the doctor concerned.

Instrumental includes physical health needs, whereas expressive behaviour includes maintain a good interpersonal relationship by giving respect, politeness, empathy, etc.

Besides, family members are necessary to support everyone like me. For instance, caring is an inevitable factor in one's relationship.

It would be ineffective in mentally challenged patients. So, give them maximum care along with love and dedication.
