is the difference between the conditional and the bi conditional is that with the conditional it is an IF/THEN situation and the bi conditional is the IF and ONLY IF/THEN situataion.

An example of the conditional is: If you cook dinner tonight then I will do the dishes. This is something that my fiance and I agree to most of the time. So if he cooks and I don't do the dishes then the argument isn't fulfilled.

Answer #1

Yes there is a difference between the conditional and bi conditional statements. The conditional statements are the one where the IF / THEN situation is prevailing. For example as seen in the example, if your wife would cook, then you would be doing dishes. This is a conditional statement of If and Then.

On the other hand, the bi- conditional statement are the ones in which If and Only If a situation would happen, only then the another situation could happen. For example, you would be able to catch the train if and only if you would be able to reach the station on time.

Agree? Disagree and Why? Question: Are decision makers risk takers or risk avoiders? Answer: I believe that decision makers are a blend of both risk takers and risk avoiders, however they tend to lean more one way or another. Some great leaders can be known as risk takers, and had it pay off well for them, and some have failed. I would say the culture of the business has an impact as well, which can influence the decision maker. Where...

Comment on this passage, the response must be at least 125 words mimi In The Allegory of the Cave, Plato is explaining that our perceptions are false and therefore made imperfect by our lack of context and ability to perceive realities until we 'step out of' our limited environment and 'see' other forms of those perceptions. He is saying that we speak in language that does not perceive the reality, just the 'shadow' of reality. In order to see reality,...

Production Theory This chapter heavily concentrates on two key ideas. First, the idea that firms (and individuals) should make decisions on how they optimize "on the margin" (where MC=MR).   Often people get confused and think about making decisions based on the average (such as average total cost).   Average total cost includes FIXED costs, which are sunk and shouldn't influence future decisions.   Second, the idea of diminishing marginal returns. That's the idea that each additional unit provides less...
