Answer #1

Conditional statement is one which is either true or false. While, in case of a bi-conditional statement "if and only if" condtion is applicable, i.e. only if all the conditions are satisfied, is the truth achieved.

We can relate conditional and bi-conditional in various aspects of our personal and professional lives. For example, when applying for a job, one either gets the job or does not. This is conditional. While, the interviewer, selects a candidate on basis of him being able to satisfy all the requirements for the position i.e. education, experience, skills, motivation, candidate's personal and professional goals, and other aspects. Only if all these elements are ok and confirming with the requirement, is the candidate selected. This is an example of bi-conditional.
