Conditional statement is one which is either true or false. While, in case of a bi-conditional statement "if and only if" condtion is applicable, i.e. only if all the conditions are satisfied, is the truth achieved.
We can relate conditional and bi-conditional in various aspects of our personal and professional lives. For example, when applying for a job, one either gets the job or does not. This is conditional. While, the interviewer, selects a candidate on basis of him being able to satisfy all the requirements for the position i.e. education, experience, skills, motivation, candidate's personal and professional goals, and other aspects.
