1) A large person might face problems in bending his body while some of the exercise. He will face problems in seating during exercise in different positions. Even , sometimes people face back pain due to tendency to walk by bending the head.

2) Exercise has many benefits :

1) It keeps our mind and body active.

2) It reduced the unwanted fats and toxins.

3) It improves our digestion and immunity system.

4) It makes our particular body organ more stronger. For example: Muscles can be gained with strong exercise into Gym.

5) Exercise makes us happy as our innermost strength to heart system will increase and release of enzymes might be increased.

Exercise might be differ for people to people. For example: Hanging with a roof or to a rigid pole might be easier to a large size people than a person having small height or heavy weight. Persons who have heavy fats in body should have to do exercise which releases fats from body. A person who has athletics to do should have to work hard on running and increasing the stamina in the body. A child with age around 14 to 15 years will have to easy going exercise.

It is most common exercise for every type of person. It will be keep the endocrine system healthy, the breathing system okay and most important person will be active whole day at work or home.

2) Balance exercise:

It will keep a large person more flexible as well as stronger bodily organs. It will manage the process of declining of some of the organs into the body. It includes Yoga related to heads , knee, eyes , brains , whole body etc. It will maintain the rhythm of the body with day do day physical activities.
