An organization represents a collection of factors which when brought together allows them to achieve the required goals and mission of the company as a whole. This is why every factor needs to be carefully looked after, especially when a company wants to succeed in the market. The biggest factor that comes to play when we consider success is the human factor. Since the human resource that the company has makes use of all the other resources in order to generate the required output from the input, it becomes necessary that we cater to their needs in order to achieve the required synergy between the processes. This is the main reason why a company should look after the needs of their employees. When we think about the matter objectively, we can say that not only is this good for the morale of the employees, it allows the company to increase their factors for productivity and synergy which in turn increases the throughput, something which is necessary for any company to be successful in what they do. Therefore, we can say that companies or their managers should pay attention to the needs of the employees.
