Need assessment is a process that determines the gap between the current situation and the desired conditions. It can be said that the need assessment is important as it helps an organization to determine it's gaps so that it can improve itself. Improvement can only be taken place when an organization would have proper knowledge regarding its the current situation as well as the needs. This way, the organization can become successful. The main important group who should be a part of the need assessment are the Administrators and they need summary information.
