Directing style is important when the deadlines are there and the work has to be completed within the specific deadlines. As crossing the deadlines would result in the loss of the company and hence option A is correct. Rest of the options are incorrect as when there is no emergency situation then directing style is not required and same is the case with other options.

Passive listening as it results in lesser absorption of information and the listener is busy in speaking rather than understanding which is not the case with reflective listening.

When employees are really committed and competent in their work then only delegating style is implemented. In rest of the cases the output would affect and would hamper productivity.

Passive listening is the correct answer as by definition itself it means that we believe in the speaker without verifying.
