Secondly, we will be using e-mails and telephones for regular and routine communication. Thirdly, Google docs would be impeccable for document sharing or brainstorming since all of the team members can check in anytime and update it or view the new updates. Finally, Wrike which is used for cloud project management and keeping both teams in sync with each other. It was also recently updated and now it has an optional feature set called "Wrike for Marketers" which has several tools for managing marketing workflows (Lardinois, 2018). The Golden Scent teams would find this feature beneficial for us to maintain a stable virtual environment.

Virtual management deals with the supervision, upkeep of virtual teams, that is: the teams that rarely meet face to face. It is the working together of individuals from different geographic locations. They work through e-mails, video conferencing services etc. to coordinate. It is important to understand that with the rise in globalization, internet accessibility the number of virtual teams is on an increase like never before.

Organizations have been lately embracing virtual management, owing to the fact that there is a constant need to be competitive in the global market.

The workers should be able to access all project related documentations to make the management process easier and allow them to work more efficiently. Also, it saves a lot of time and make it easier for them to operate and to complete the tasks promptly.

During these projects, Golden Scent should have a clear and effective communication strategy, they will reduce redundancies and increase the productivity of remote workers and teams.
