Answer- Launch phase is the most important phase of OD that's why it is called as heart of OD. It involves in skillfully assessing what is going and what is to be done, it includes planning actions that can have meaningful changes and improvement, and it additionally involves in implementing actions that can cause a high probability of success which will make or break the OD process and can be critical to the success. Skills that are required in launch phase of the OD are must for OD practitioners.
