Implementation or evaluation stage is most important as delegating work and assignments of tasks into team segregate takes place. Here, the group coaching, training, leadership development, team building, mentoring takes place which are crucial to change management as resistance to changes are eliminated here and new sense of motivation and inspiration is fueled here which is critical to success of new age implementation. Thus conflicts are resolved and implementation becomes possibilities at this stage and hence is highly important as it decides fate of entire change management exercise.
