A restaurant business should have the following two areas as the last objectives:

  1. Financial resources: A restaurant being a business where the money is paid for the food on the spot i.e. as soon as a customer gets to complete food. So, there is a least requirement of financial resources to be taken care of in any running business.

Organization structure: A restaurant does not include very large human resource for its working. The available workers can act as multitaskers. Though a clear organization structure will help to ease the process but its non-availability wont impact much. This can be managed easily by the managers.
