Do key people in the organization know where the organization is headed and agree on the direction?

Do the structures, processes, personnel, incentives, and information systems support the current direction of the organization?

Answer) Yes ,the Organisation has a clearly stated vision. The vision is to improve standard of living of dairy farmers by helping them distribute their milk in various parts of the country. It is a key goal of the Non-profit Organisation that dairy farmers and all the local community members should have employment by selling milk and working in supply chain. The vision is to make the Organisation grow in a large scale by which customers get regular supply of milk and dairy farmers, workers and other unskilled labour have job opportunities.

It the Organisation continueson its current path, then the Organisation will be heading towards opening branches in most of the villages where people become independent by selling milk. The direction will be to increase sales and revenue so that the same can be invested again in the buainess . This direction will be very good because as the scalability will help the local farmers to have an improved lifestyle and live in peace.

Yes ,the Key people know where the Organisation is headed and agree on the direction. They want to have a community growth with smooth business operations and efficient supply chain management.

Yes, the structure, processes, personnel and incentives and information systems support the business direction. All are ready to tap into unpenetrated markets and sell the products over there. As milk is required on a daily basis and cant be travelled much. It is essential that every zone has a efficient supply chain taking milk from a point and distributing it across various regions. Every system personnel etc is ready for the challenge and growth.
