Teamwork leads to better outcome because the collective effort of team bring business to a more effective phase, the team brings more and more resources to the organization in order to bear with the challenges, a good team can reduce the risk of business failures, the increased teamwork ultimately leads to the overall development of the business.

A group of individuals who are innovative and passionate forms a creative and efficient team, a team which proves itself against any challenges being given to them, they come up with a more effective solution than one person working on the same problem.

The team member working with each other provides mutual support to each other, Mutual support of the team members can lead to accomplishment of those tasks which one cannot achieve it individually.

Different member of a team poses different skill set, thus applying it towards a common goal helps in quick decision making process. Information is being shared throughout the team, which maximizes the level of knowledge and improves the weaker member of the groups.
