Technology is a structure of knowledge set to creating tools, processing of actions and extraction of materials. The Idea of Progress is assumed by many that advances in technology, science, and social organization produces an improvement in the condition of human being.in That , it results in people becoming better in terms of quality of life or rather their social progress through modernization and the application of science and technology. The assumption is usually that the progress will happen only after people apply their reason and skills, for it is not divinely foreordained.(John McCarthy,2013)
Progress can be said by some that it is an idea of the world becoming increasingly better in terms of science, technology and modernization as well as quality of life. Some other define it as a going forward or onward or advancing.it is also improvement of any kind or rather proficiency.it is also viewed as to grow better and to improve. It is also referred by some as getting free from theology, and instead substituting it with psychology.it is also said to be the development of an individual or society in a direction considered superior to the previous level.
Technology is so beneficial in progress but it cannot equal progress. This is because technology has its negativities.to add on that, progress is moving forward positively and this does not necessarily need technology.

Yet, we still apply the WACC to value a firm's fair stock price, which would be a nonsensical exercise to perform if we truly believed all...
