i Believe that conflict is quite an inevitable aspect in an organization and team and there are situations in which not having a conflict can be a problem and one such case is project planning or planning phase in any task where conflict is expected because conflict helps in constructive discussion which will bring up new facts and ideas and may actually benefit the project in this way.

In order to build a relationship through negotiation, I believe that the cooperative strategy of negotiation should be used which ensures that the situation is mutual benefit situation where both the entities gain from the negotiation and this also helps in developing relationships.

No, the goal is to maximize the economic outcome but not at all costs because instead building a relationship may help the organization in future by developing business relations and more. economic outcome are anyways important but in order to achieve that individuals should no be unethical because that actually may not help building relationships in the future which is important for a business organization.
