What is design Disassembly?

Answer #1

Modular Design - It is one of those design approaches in which a larger system is segmented into smaller parts which can be created independently and these small parts are generally known as modules which are functionally segregated and distinct and can be reused in the future as well.

For example a finished final product is generally made up of parts that are easily replaceable

Design Disassembly - It is the process of design in which the access to the materials or parts that are required while renovating or disassembling a design that was implemented in the past. The primary objective is to make the future processes easy and convenient. For example if a building is getting renovated after 30 years of its formation then it gives the actual details of the building that help the process of renovation easy.
