Training people to remain calm, takes place in following steps:
1. The step 1 involves interaction and counselling of individuals on one to one basis. The focus of the counseling, remains to build a systematic thought process to manage each circumstance. The systematic thinking brings calm and it starts with the training of the subconscious thought process.
2. The step 2 involves case study based exercises to the individuals where each person takes a role and practically shows the way, to respond & resolve the situation and remain calm. Afterwards, I dissect the approach with its merit and demerit, taken up by each person in different situations.
3. The step 3 involves the training upon managing time, balancing work and life stress and managing relationship by breaking up the scenario into the problem, different methods to resolve the problems and possible solutions and the best solution selection.
4. The step 4 involves workshop based training (advanced stage training) where simulated environment is created and different individuals play different roles under the stress. Now, they apply systematic thinking to resolve the scenario and remain calm. Afterwards, they are explained of the merit of their approach and the area of improvement.
