It is good step if someone interviews the organization too. This determines his or her fitness into the organization procedures and cultures well as your balance between life and work. It also helps determine how satisfied with the compensation you will be. The workload, based on the work design and job description, is also necessary as it determines the complexity of the tasks. One can therefore determine their suitability to the set job.
Both the party has the requirement. The interviewer wants a candidate who is fit for the job requirement and the candidate who wants to join a company which is offering a good compensation package, lower stress load and healthy environment and which can shape the carrier of the employee. If the company is not shaping the career of the employee then the employees does not prefer the company. The expectations are equal for both the sides.
