The two companies chief executive officer whose leadership I admire are Jeff bezos of Amazon and mark Zuckerberg of Facebook. I think they are extremely successful because both of them are self made people who have made themselves at the top position with the help of their own effort.
The ability of successful leaders of how they formulate and implement strategies are discussed as follows-
1. They have the ability to learn from their past- chief executive officer of all the top companies in the world have A Remarkable quality of learning from the past. They have the the working style in which they only make one mistake at once and never repeat the same mistake again.
2. Extraordinary communication skills- the success of any chief executive officer depends on the ability of them to communicate the vision with the team members. They have a strong communication skills. They can effectively translate the view of the business potential and challenges in a easy and understandable language to the team members.
3. Strong relationship - chief executive officer have the ability to build relationships with the customers and their employees. As a matter of fact they believe that it is impossible to succeed at a individual level so they maintain good relationship with all the potential clients and good employees in the organisation.
4. True optimism- chief executive officer have a realistic optimism of the opportunities in the market. They have the actual understanding of the reality and also of how the future is going to be. They always tend to make products and services keeping in mind the future demands of the current market situation, this helps them to keep ahead of the competitors.
5. Ability to take calculated risks- chief executive officer always have the willingness to take calculated risk and they always see opportunities considering the risk factors involved in taking the decision.
