Q.4 Think about extremely good or bad salespeople you have come across as a customer. What behaviour seems to distinguish them from others? Base on your own experience, how we mightsegment customers in term of their time styles
As a customer, i often pay visit to the markets to buy goods to satisfy my wants. In order to get these things or goods i have to visit the different shops for different types of goods. In each and every shop there are sales person. Some sales persons are good and others are not of good behaviour. A good salesperson needs to satisfy a client’s needs. The only way to find out what those are is by listening to what each prospect is saying. The best salespeople aren’t always talking. A good salesperson knows how to feel what their customers feel. By getting inside a prospect’s skin, they know just how to sell a product or service. Empathy is a great way to anticipate what a customer wants. Believing in the product or service they are selling is essential. That comes across as a confidence that’s infectious and makes customers want to buy more.
The behaviour of the sales person have an important bearing on the sales of the shopkeeper. The good behaviour sales person attracts more customers, good salesperson has the skills to attract the new customers. The behaviour of sales person is very imporatnt for sucess of business or shopkeeper. The salespersons way of talking is also important. The rude behaviour sales persons are not liked by the customers. From my experience, i would like to mention that , myself i am being attracted by good behaviour salesperson. I often pays contineous visits to buy goods from that shop where sales persons behaviour is good.
