Answer #1

So, currently I am.working with an MNC and my leader is a male and the decision he makes is very self centered as he doesn't treat the team working under him as a family. He doesn't understand any problem of colleagues. So, the leader was a lady or a woman in my company the working environment would have been totally different as women understand how to treat a family as it is an inherited trait in them. They listen to the problems of colleagues as they handle their own family as well.
